As we all are on a journey to living healthy, here are some tips inspired by the song to help us move to the music:

1. Jump rope - for a simple way to increase the heart rate, see how many jumps you can do in 60 sec!

2. Ride a bike - making a small trip or just want to check out the neighborhood? Riding a bike is a fun, easy, and cost effective way to get around, just remember to wear your helmet!

3. Take the stairs - at the mall or in between meetings? Tell that elevator see you later! Taking the stairs is a great way to be active and productive at the same time.

4. Reduce portion sizes - when eating at a restaurant, sometimes portion sizes are bigger than expected. Try splitting an entre with a friend or sharing a few starter dishes.
